This phosphorescent pigment is green during the day, bright green under ultraviolet light, and glows closest to a true green of any of our glow powders. This versatile color can be used for grass, trees, and even the continents on a view of earth from space!
All of the glow powders sold by Art 'N Glow are encapsulated which means that they can be used in both solvent and water based mediums. Some of our competitors sell non encapsulated powders that will deteriorate in water based mediums (such as acrylic paint medium).

We are unable to refund the cost of shipping or product on an international order that takes a long time to get to you. If an international order is returned to us we will refund the product cost but not the shipping cost unless the product was undeliverable due to some fault of our own.
