We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 90-day Return & Money-Back Refund Policy:

If you receive a product that is damaged or has any quality issues - please reach out immediately so that we can take care of this for you.  

If you change your mind about your purchase, we can accept a return if the product is unused and in its original packaging within 90 days of order receipt. Please contact us at info@artnglow.com for assistance with returning opened products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, your refund will be processed, and the funds should appear within several days. We recommended using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning products. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
