Fluorescent Orange Glow Powder

  • Sale
  • Regular price $ 7.95

This glow powder is light orange during the day, bright orange under black light, and phosphoresces a greenish orange in the dark. If used in a paint, the glow will appear closer to green than orange. If used in a thicker piece like a resin casting, the orange fluorescent pigment will tint the green glow crystals and make the piece glow orange.

If you need a true orange glow, we also offer the specialty color Neutral Orange.

All of the glow powders sold by Art 'N Glow are encapsulated which means that they can be used in both solvent and water based mediums. Some of our competitors sell non encapsulated powders that will deteriorate in water based mediums (such as acrylic paint medium).

Wow

I didn't think this orange was going to do what it does. I know that red and orange are difficult to make glow. Art 'N Glow did it again!

Not bad glow

Not bad the glow is pretty good. Packaging that it was shipped in sprung a leak. And i had 2 different powders mixed together in the bottom of the box. I would suggest you double bag your product.

Non-profit

We put on a rather large public painting event for children in our area. I am often coming up with a crazy idea. Artnglow is always very helpful in explaining how to do what I want to do and recommending the things I need to buy.

Orange glow in the dark

The pigment is good but it has to be charged by bright light so it doesn't glow all the time. I made a coaster for my son of blue white & orange. To get it to glow a little I had to hold it up to the light bulb to charge it...

We appreciate your feedback, and would love to offer some clarification! All of our glow products must be charged with either sunlight or UV light in order to appreciate their glowing effect :) Regular indoor lighting is typically not strong enough to charge them to their full potential.
